dinput8 and d3d9 fix

Your game doesn't work with mods even though you did everything right?

So you watch YouTube videos where they swear that replacing dinput8.dll from Alexander Blade with dinput8.dll and/or d3d9.dll from the system32 folder will 100% fix your problem?

I mean it makes sense since Microsoft developed GTA5, didn’t they? And what does Alexander Blade know? Who the F*** is he anyway?
