At Team Charlotte, we only use our own tools. It makes us very sad when we see the garbage that is still used to install peds. Complex unstable garbage when there is a much simpler way. So it's time to share the proper way to install addon peds for users who are comfortable with modding. 

We've created 4 simple packages and instructions are included. The process we used is essentially the same as would see for addon peds that are in dlc.rpf packages. Same concept. You must add each package to your dlclist.xml. (You can create more packages if you know what you're doing.)
