The Best GTA 5 Tools of All Time
Certain files and mods have to be considered essential or mandatory for serious GTA V modding. These include Script Hook V, dinput8.dll, OpenIV (editor and asi), Script Hook V .NET, Trainers, the heap and packfile limit adjusters, and a gameconfig.xml mod.
So what else should you have installed? These are the best, tested and proven. Please note the mods and tools discussed below are not ranked in any particular order. Tool descriptions are from authors.
