Removing Battleye for Reverted Games

 

At least for Steam Versions, for example 2372 (Tuners), here are the steps:

1. Let the Game Update as usual. This will be to version 3323.

2. Once updated you can delete the BattlEye folder and the GTA5_BE.exe. They are in the root/installation folder for your game.

3. Replace GTA5.exe with your reverted version of GTA5.exe. No other files necessary.

4. Update SH5 although it isn't necessary - so optional and not done by our team

5. From Steam, Library, Select Grand Theft Auto V without launching

6. Right click on the game name and select properties

7. Enter launch argument -nobattleye as in screenshot below
