Top reasons for reinstalling GTA 5 or a mod when they don't work properly.

1. Computers are intrinsically flawed; they can’t be trusted to do things right the first time.

2. If at first you don't succeed, try, try again.

3. Doing the same thing, over and over, allows you to expect different results

4. Repeated installs will make your game, or mod, your bitch

IMPORTANT: If you do go ahead and reinstall, make sure it's a clean reinstall. Clean means wiping all the GTA V files in the installation folder but also the files in the Rockstar Documents folder. The reason behind this is that not all files will be replaced. For example if you have improper settings or a corrupt save game file these will not be replaced by a reinstall. In either case, reinstall, verify integrity, or fix it using our guides, do backups first.
