MP Clothes Selection Causes Crash

This has become a common problem after Rockstar updates the game. Generally when Trainers are updated this problem is fixed.

This is generally due to new dlc conflicts, often empty placeholders, so the solution is to remove the new dlc from dlclist.xml - at least until Trainers are updated.

As an example, this dlc folder, mpg9ec, was reported to be problematic by many users. Removing the dlc fixed the issue with clothing.
